New Home Specialist

I am a Southern California native, but it was in St. Louis that I decided selling houses sounded like something fun and flexible while my husband and I raised our three kids. I not only worked as an agent but was also the marketing manager for a large home inspection company, cultivating the relationship between Realtors and home inspectors. We moved to Richmond, where in 1995, I obtained my broker license, started working with custom builders in all facets of the industry, and loved it. I was part of developing neighborhoods, new plans, and interior selections, and also building long-lasting relationships with the Richmond-area new construction family. I was also a Class A contractor and built homes geared toward teacher and policeman salaries at the time when the real estate market took its most recent plunge. My new digs are at River City Custom Homes. The best part is helping homebuyers discover the perfect plan and being able to offer them any option they can dream of—and pay for!

I live in Bumpass, have three miles of trails to bike and hike on, and love doing anything outdoors. Being active and exploring new experiences is important to me. Most recently, I tried my hand at blacksmithing—I now have the best bottle opener! I am definitely a dog lover and have two stinky old dogs who have become more like labrador rugs. My next great experience is the life-phase of being a grandma to two bouncing baby boys from my daughter and son-in-law and also my youngest son and his wife. I can’t wait to see what is up next.
