Jenni & Company Residential Real Estate - a real estate team brokered by REAL Broker LLC - has been in existence since October 2017, but Jenni's career in Real Estate started over 15 years ago in 2005. For the first five years of her career, Jenni gained a majority of her experience “behind the scenes” as a Transaction Manager/Marketing Manager for other successful teams. In 2010, she made the decision to “sink or swim” and try her hand in real estate sales during one of the hardest times to sell real estate directly after the market crash. While building her business – she investigated on what was working and what wasn’t with clients she met with. Service was lacking. Communication was lacking. Empathy was lacking. All things that Jenni considered herself.
She took that knowledge, her natural relationship building ability and skillset to create systems and processes that always put the client first, and allowed them to get the best service possible. This worked, and the brand flourished to be a top Real Estate Team in the Richmond and surrounding areas Jenni & Co has proven year over year that the real estate experience does not have to be negative.

I was born and raised in Richmond and just love the city. Most people that grow up in one area choose to go away for college, but I chose to stay and attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where I earned a degree in Political Science. After graduating, I found myself cultivating a career in retail management. Passionate about customer service and building relationships, the industry was a perfect fit for me. Unfortunately, the long hours and time on my feet were not. When I was introduced to Jenni and the opportunity to make a career switch into real estate, I seized the opportunity and haven't looked back.
My skills in customer service and my genuine love of helping people made real estate a natural transition for me. Plus, as I've mentioned, I love Richmond! My goal is to be an advocate for my clients and provide unmatched service through the buying process. Buying a home is exciting, but it can also be stressful. I want to relieve any of that stress and make the process fun.
When I am not working with our clients to find the home of their dreams, I enjoy spending time with my husband and best friend, Brian.

I have lived in the Richmond area for over 20 years, spending the majority of my childhood in Midlothian. I've been in the Real Estate industry for over 4 years and worked to build a strong foundation as a transaction coordinator for several years. As an agent, my goal is to provide exceptional service to my clients, always going above and beyond expectations.
When I'm not in the office, you can find me spending time with my three children, Brayden, Lily, and Grayson, and husband, Derek. We enjoy vacationing in the Outer Banks and spending time with our nieces and nephews.

A native of small town Rockbridge County, I "ventured" away to study at Lynchburg College, where I immediately became a campus tour guide and orientation leader because of my love for people. I purchased my first home in Lynchburg, later met my husband and followed my heart to his home city of Richmond. Coming to Richmond, the small town vibe with a big city feel was perfect for me and what better way to explore the city and surrounding areas, than sell real estate? After working in Long Term Care Claims at Genworth for over five years, I gained strong customer service skills working with the elderly community and their families. Family is a huge part of my life as I am one of 30 grandchildren, and this created a desire in me to help others at a very young age. My love for family and my passion for customer service has transitioned positively in the real estate industry.
When I am not working hard to serve my clients I enjoy watching/playing with my niece, going for a run, or trying out different burgers around Richmond.

I grew up in Staunton, a small town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains, but I have lived in Richmond my entire adult life. I love everything about Richmond -- the history, the big city/small town feel, the architecture, the friendly people -- and honestly can't imagine living anywhere else. Although I spent the majority of my career in Marketing and Public Relations, I had the opportunity to pursue a long-time dream and jumped at the chance to join Jenni and Co. Making my clients happy has been at the heart of my career path and it's the thing I love the most about my job. I have lived all over Richmond, but I currently live in Midlothian with my husband, three children and two dogs. Three teenagers keep me busy, but I absolutely love it and wouldn't have it any other way.
When I'm not in the stands or on various fields and courts, I love to hike, read, decorate, and spend time with friends and family.

I was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley and have always had a passion for meeting new people and helping others. I received my BBA/MBA from James Madison University and found my calling in the government world where I managed DoD programs and recruited scientists for military research projects. My family and I recently returned to Virginia, so I chose to take advantage of the opportunity and pursue the real estate career I had always dreamed of. As a licensed agent in Maryland and owning/managing investment properties, the full-time transition to real estate was meant to be. Years of experience in providing excellent customer service and competing to win government contracts will ensure a positive and successful experience for those looking to buy or sell. I currently live in Midlothian with my wife, two boys, and one crazy pup. I could not be happier to be back in Virginia and joining the Jenni & Co. team.
When time allows, I can be found section-hiking the Appalachian Trail, cooking, working out, and competing in BBQ competitions up and down the east coast.

I grew up in Midlothian and attended Virginia Tech, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology. After college, I moved back to the Richmond area and worked in Public Accounting for 5 years as an IT Auditor. When I decided it was time for a career change, I looked for a career where I could do what I am passionate about - helping others, which led me to real estate.
When I am not working, I love watching baseball with my husband Jason, training my puppy Riley and snuggling with my older dog Avery.

I grew up in Northern Virginia and attended James Madison University, where I graduated with a BA in Sociology and minor in Nonprofit Studies in 2007. After working in marketing and government relations at several nonprofit organizations and a social enterprise in Washington, D.C., I traded in my Metrocard & relocated to Richmond with my husband, Ross, in 2013. I obtained my real estate license in 2014 and have worked in various roles for several teams. In 2016, I began working as a marketing consultant for hire and began selling real estate on my own in 2018.
When I'm not working, I love to travel, try new restaurants, go to amusement parks (especially Disney World!), & spend time with my family. I'm “Mama” to two tiny humans (Lincoln & Rowan) & two fur babies (Tucker & Ty)!

I was born and raised in Matthews, NC, a suburb outside the city of Charlotte. As a graduate of North Carolina State University, I majored in Fashion and Textile Management at the College of Textiles. After graduating, I was led to Asheville, NC to design apparel and manage its production for Shanghai Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Walt Disneyland. My husband and I met as neighbors in the beautiful mountains of Asheville. Shortly after we met, his career led him back to Richmond, VA where I joined and worked for Ukrop’s Threads as a Brand Developer. Although designing uniforms for major retailers, theme parks, etc. allowed me to think creatively and make significant impacts, my passion for building relationships with the ‘product consumer’ was not reaching its potential. After a wonderful experience purchasing our first home, I became interested in helping people find the same happiness that we found in a neighborhood that was unique to our wants and needs. Now as a Sales Agent at Jenni & Co., I look forward to forming solid, long-lasting client friendships while providing superior service throughout the Richmond community.
Since moving to Richmond in 2018, I have fallen in love with the city and its people. In my spare time, I enjoy walking our Golden Retriever, Henry, going to concerts and exploring the local restaurant scene!

My family moved back to the Richmond area in 2015 after being away for 10 years and we are thrilled to be back! Prior to moving back to VA, I was a licensed Real Estate agent working in the Annapolis, Maryland area and before that spent 7 years in the Medical / Pharmaceutical Sales Industry.
With a thirst for new challenges, a desire for growth and a commitment to customer satisfaction, I view my role as a responsibility, opportunity, and privilege to make a positive impact and give a wonderful experience to our clients.
When not at work, you can find my husband Scott and I cheering on our boys Bradyn and Cooper, at their sporting events, or soaking up the sun with my daughter, Rylee and our dog Gracie.

Prior to joining Jenni & Co, I have worked at Capitol One, but have been primarily a stay-at-home mom. I am excited to be fulfilling my lifelong dream of becoming a realtor. I am a native Virginian raised in the Shenandoah Valley. I received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from UVA and a Master's degree in Zoology from Miami University. After pursuing multiple jobs in animal care, like veterinary assisting and lab animal management, my career path changed as I grew a family with my husband. I became a stay at home mom for my two boys.
After many years of solely caring for my sons, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. A position as a real estate agent is able to satisfy one of my ongoing interests, support my family in an alternate role, and fulfill my need to build connections with people. I cannot wait to help you either in the buying or selling process!
My main activity outside of work is spending time with my family and friends. My other interests include experimenting with colorful/artistic makeup, creating arts and crafts, and binging t.v. shows.

I am originally from Colorado and grew up there for a majority of my life. Freshman year, my family moved to Hanover, VA. Although the move was tough, I fell in love with Richmond. The atmosphere, the weather, the food, the history... It was unlike anything she had experienced.
I decided to stay in Richmond for college and got a degree in Marketing at VCU. I graduated in 2020 and struggled to find a place in the job market with COVID being at it's peak. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about a position at a Real Estate brokerage. Although I was only there for 7 months, I realized what my true passion was. Sales and Real Estate. I decided to move forward with getting her license.
When I am not working, you can find her downtown at all of the local restaurants with my fiends and my bf, or at home with my two cats!

Property Management Manager & Realtor®
I grew up in Bon Air and attended the University of Vermont where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. I worked primarily in research before moving to the MidCoast of Maine for a neuropsychology position. MidCoast Maine is beautiful and had plenty of outdoor activities, but was far from home and VERY cold. During the pandemic, my wife and I decided that a job in healthcare was no longer a good fit and that family was too important to be a 14 hour drive away, so we came home! After 9 years away, I am excited to be back in my hometown with family and am ready to experience the wonderful amenities Richmond has to offer.
A job in real estate was always in the back of my mind as my father is an appraiser. After leaving healthcare, I am ready to take on a new career adventure in an exciting and dynamic field.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and two rescue dogs, competing in Olympic Weightlifting, as well as pursuing my life-long love of baking. Lastly, while I will miss the beauty of Maine I, will not miss the cold!

Born and raised in the Hanover area of Virginia, I have always taken great pride in calling Central Virginia, Home. Upon graduation from Elon University in 2005, I went into a variety of sales jobs. I later pursued my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education at VCU and taught children with special needs for 7 years. Seeking a new purpose and career change, in 2015, I became a part-time health coach helping others with their overall health and wellness goals. Coincidentally, at that same time, I joined the Jenni & Co. team as the Executive Assistant, serving for almost 3 years. When I had my first child in 2017, I decided to remain home with him full-time.
After having my daughter in March of 2020, I found myself missing the comradery of a team environment and serving with others to reach goals together. I reached out to Jenni and rejoined the team in October. I enjoy assisting others discover their own unique abilities, then showing them how those can serve them to reach their goals serving our clients, team, and community.
My family is my everything. I love being "Mom" to my children, Mikey and Sloane. Bobby, my husband is my biggest fan and keeps me laughing daily. You can usually find us playing at our home with our dog, Charli, going to family-friendly festivals, or checking out the RVA restaurant scene!

I am a born and raised in Richmond and absolutely love that I have such an inspiring, creative, and beautiful city to call home. After graduating from Trinity Episcopal School, I studied at Radford University where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to gain experience and further my skills at a wide-range of companies—including a t-shirt company, a government contractor, and a direct marketing firm—and am so happy it all led me to my job here at Jenni & Co.! I absolutely love working in the real estate industry and feel so lucky to be part of such an amazing team.
When I am not working, I love venturing to the farmers market and the river with my husband, Ryan, and our dog, Tuna, and sons Henry and Graham as well as entertaining, exploring the booming food and drink scene, and all of the other fun things Richmond has to offer.
Marketing & Branding Manager
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Duquesne University with a Degree in Advertising and Digital Media Arts. After graduating, I got engaged and moved to Richmond with my fiance who accepted a job here. I continued working remotely with a marketing firm located in Pittsburgh. When we first moved here, my fiance´ and I's favorite activity was to drive around all of the neighborhoods and look at the houses. We loved the homes and the area so much that we bought a townhome in Magnolia Green and I decided to quit my job and pursue my real estate license. While studying and reaching out to brokerages in the area, I met the lovely people of Jenni & Co and decided to join the team to help continue growing the brand.
In my spare time, I enjoy walking my Beagle mix Bailey, traveling around the area, and illustrating.
